SIMPSON
CREATIVE LEAD, GRAPHIC DESIGNER
& DIGITAL STORYTELLER
ABOUT
Creative Problem Solver
I am a creative leader and the founder of Seven13 Design Co, bringing over 25 years of expertise in graphic design, brand strategy, and digital storytelling to every partnership. After earning my BS in Graphic Design from Portland State University—with a specific emphasis in community studies—I’ve dedicated my career to building brands and leading campaigns. Whether it’s print, web, video, or social media, my goal is always the same: to amplify visibility and build trust for clients across the small business, healthcare, government, nonprofit, and manufacturing sectors.
My commitment to “the build” extends beyond the digital screen and into the heart of my community. I currently serve as the Board Chair for the Clarks Branch Water Association, Board Member for NeighborWorks Umpqua and Severed Ties car club President. These roles allow me to apply my leadership and organizational skills to the places and hobbies I care about most.
At home, I am a dedicated husband and father who finds true fulfillment in working with my hands. I believe that good design requires a craftsman’s touch, whether I’m tackling a home construction project, woodworking in my shop, or restoring custom trucks. I bring that same level of grit, detail, and hands-on dedication to my professional work as I do to my personal passions.
